Putt-Putt and Pep's Dog on a Stick is a Junior Arcade game developed by Humongous Entertainment and released for the Windows and Macintosh operating systems in October of 1996. 

Dog on a Stick is similar to Q * bert, a 1982 arcade game. The player controls Pep as he hops among a series of platforms to reach the goal while collecting items and power-ups and avoiding enemies.
