Comment ##: Japanese manga and video game magazine, V-Jump, has revealed the latest version of Final Fantasy, set for release on the PlayStation Portable next spring. Titled Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection, the game will include updated versions of Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy IV: The After Years (originally for WiiWare), and another adventure that bridges the gap between the two. All three components will sport updated visuals; a step up from 1999's Final Fantasy Anthology, though not quite as radical as 2008's DS re-imagining.
At present there is no word on an American or European version of the PSP game, nor if it will be available to download directly from the PlayStation Network.
